CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it difficult to accommodate other clients and impact our small business. Please review the policy below carefully: • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-show appointments (failure to arrive for your appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • Charges will be applied to the card on file. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation.
